Beep Test:
In the beep test, I scored a 7.1. That put me on the "above base standard" rating. Personally, I am pretty proud of myself considering I'm not the best runner. I think it is lower because I can be a quick runner but in long distance i don't shine.
Standing Long Jump:
For the standing long jump, I managed to get a best of 2.3m which places me in the "excellent" range. I believe this is because I have long powerful legs which give me that muscular power to push of the ground and achieve a high score.
Basketball Throw:
Basketball I did very well in and got 7.9m . This is because I found the perfect spot for maximum range and with a mix of my powerful arms from playing basketball myself.
Sit Ups:
I achieved a score of 64. I'm proud of what I scored because it positioned me in "High level of fitness in this area" spot. I have recently be doing abdominal and muscular strength exercise with my father and my brother. This gives me and advantage and puts me in a higher place.
Sit and Reach:
I didn't do as well as the other tests as I did in sit and reach scoring 18cm which puts me in "poor". I believe this to be the result of my recent back play-ups and having to see the Osteopath and have received treatment.
50m Sprint:
Like I stated before, I'm not the best runner but OK for sprints and got myself a best time of 8.36 seconds. This is an alright time and put me in the "average" category. My powerful legs give a good start and make it manageable to maintain the speed to get an average time.
Illinois Agility Run:
My agility run got me a time of 16 seconds dead. This meant I placed myself on the "good" rating. I thought it was alright for me and am happy to call it my time. Again my legs gave me some extra push off power to achieve a good time.
Grip Strength Dynamometer:
I like to think I did well considering this is the adult's Norm rating and got "fair". My score was 41 kg and impressed myself. My arms are not the strongest but can prove to get a fair rating.
Vertical Jump:
Last but not least, vertical jump. I jumped 44cm and placed in the "average" spot. Personally I thought that 44cm would put me higher on the scale but average is still OK. I think I scored and average score because of my long arms and my strong legs.
